Applied AI & product engineering

Ideas are cheap. Shipping is the work.

Novacendia is a small senior team that takes ambitious software from whiteboard to production — the kind with real users, real load and real consequences when it breaks. We build it, we ship it, and we stay until it holds.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

We deliberately stay narrow. Every engagement is led by someone who has shipped the thing before — no pyramid, no handover to a junior bench.

Applied AI

Retrieval, agents, evaluation harnesses and the unglamorous plumbing that separates a demo from a system you can put in front of customers.

Product engineering

Full-stack delivery from schema to interface. Typed end to end, tested where it matters, deployed on infrastructure you can actually afford.

Platform & scale

When the thing works but not at ten times the traffic. Profiling, data modelling, cost control and the migration path that gets you there safely.

Technical due diligence

An honest read on a codebase, a team or a roadmap before you commit capital to it. Two weeks, written findings, no diplomatic hedging.

Embedded teams

Two or three of ours inside yours, on your board, in your standups — for the quarter or two it takes to get a hard thing over the line.

Not sure yet?

Most engagements start as a two-week discovery: we scope the problem, price the build honestly, and you own the output either way.

How it goes

A short, unsurprising path from call to production.

Frame it

One call, then a written brief. What are we actually solving, who for, and what does "done" look like in numbers. If we're not the right shop for it, we say so here and point you somewhere better.

Discovery

Two weeks, fixed price. Architecture, risks, a working spike of the scariest part, and a build plan with real numbers attached. You keep everything whether or not you continue with us.

Build in the open

Weekly deploys to an environment you can click through, a shared board, and a channel where you talk to the engineers directly. No status theatre, no monthly reveal.

Hand over properly

Documentation your team can act on, runbooks, a walkthrough of every sharp edge we know about, and thirty days of support after the last commit. You own the code and the infrastructure from day one.

“They spent the first week telling us which half of our roadmap to delete. That conversation was worth more than the build — and then they shipped the build too.”
